I often help small businesses in my area set up and manage online scheduling solutions. One of the latest I did was for a local barber shop who wanted to compete with the bigger franchises that offer online scheduling. First I built him a beautiful website powered by WordPress. Then I implemented and customized an online schedule called SuperSaas.com to allow his customers to reserve time slots. In addition I trained their staff how to use the software. The biggest hurdle was teaching an older generation how to use bleeding edge technologies. In the end they were thoroughly happy with the result.
