Asset Inventory Control
I created an Asset Inventory Control System in ASP.Net Webforms for one of my first student jobs. This kind of system is used for large to medium sized organizations to keep track of physical and intangible property. Some of the data collected by the app was lists of workstations, servers, phones, and user devices. Reports were available for auditing purposes that went over things such as property last changed date, who currently is assigned, and more. I heard it was utilized several years after my departure from the university which is flattering 🙂
Skills / Tools Utilized:
- ASP.Net Webforms
- C#
- Custom Javascript
- JQuery
- Custom CSS
- Twitter Bootstrap Framework
- MSSql
- Entity Framework for database objects
